* All cN0, cN1 patients that underwent segmentectomy, lobectomy, sleeve lobectomy for NSCLC.
Exclusion Criteria:
* cN2
* cM+
* Pneumonectomy
* Previous lung cancer surgery - lymphadenectomy
* Neo-adjunvant therapy
* Lung Tx
* Bilateral lesions
