Inclusion Criteria:
* Older than 18 of age,
* Asymptomatic bilateral mesioangular impacted mandibular third molar (Pell and Gregory class II, position B)
* Fully covered with mucosa and bone
Exclusion Criteria:
* Alcohol abuse,
* Smoking,
* Pregnancy,
* No allergy
* Presence of acute severe periodontitis.
