Exclusion Criteria:
* Sarcoidosis
* Nephrolithiasis
* Plasmacytoma
* COPD
* Inflammatory bowel disease
* Rheumatoid arthritis
* History of cancer
* Instable heart disease
* Depression (GDS\>=6)
* Dementia (MMSE\<=24)
* BMI\>35kg/m²
* Current attendance of muscle training
* Medication: immunosuppressive drugs
