* Pregnant women with diagnosis of active labor, admitted to delivery room;
* Singleton;
* At term (\>37 weeks);
* Cephalic presentation;
* Signed written informed consent to study participation.
Exclusion Criteria:
* • Age \<18 y.o.;
* Preterm deliveries;
* Multiple pregnancies;
* Elective cesarean section;
* Non-cephalic presentation;
* Incomplete obstetrical data;
* Refusal to provide informed consent.
