* diagnosis of Flight phobia based on a structured interview
* possession of a smartphone with an active data plan
Exclusion Criteria:
* cardiovascular disease
* neurological disorders and history of epilepsy
* psychosis
* major depression
* suicidal behavior
* substance abuse.
