* Patients with persistent asthma
* Asthma treatment for at least 12 months
* Regular visitors of the participating community pharmacy
Exclusion Criteria:
* Severe co-morbidity
* \> 10 pack-years smoking history
* Asthma Control Test score \< 15 or =25
