* aged 18 - 45 years,
* ASA physical status
* I - II,
* BMI of 25-30
* who were undergoing elective CS
Exclusion Criteria:
* vertebral anomaly,
* peripheral vascular disease,
* cardiovascular or psychiatric disorder,
* severe anemia,
* coagulopathy
* infection in the intervention region
