* Voluntary
* Scheduled for a colonoscopy without sedation
* Aged 18 to 79 years
* No perception, hearing, and vision impairment that interferes with communication
* Not wearing glasses
* No psychiatric disorder
* No migraine, vertigo, active nausea, vomiting, headache, etc.
Exclusion Criteria:

* Scheduled for a colonoscopy with sedation
