Inclusion Criteria:
* all female with mean age 50 ± 17 having breast MRI
Exclusion Criteria:
* Contraindications of MRI as pacemakers, aneurysmal clipping, retained metallic foreign bodies, or claustrophobic patients
* Pregnant women especially in the first trimester.
