* Endoscopy with sedation scheduled
Exclusion Criteria:
* A history of chronic respiratory disease
* Upper respiratory infection
* Developmental delays
* Dysrhythmias
* Increased intercranial pressure
* Any sedatives or narcotics up to 6 weeks prior to procedure.
