Eligibility Criteria:
Inclusion Criteria:
* All patients with temporal bone fracture presented with facial nerve paralysis of immediate onset and meet the criteria of facial nerve exploration regardless of age and sex.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Pregnant women.
* Unfit patients for surgery.
* Patients refuse surgical intervention.
