Exclusion Criteria:
* individuals with high blood pressure or a history of seizures
* allergies
* heart problems
* psychiatric problems
* drug abuse
* pregnant All subjects will be given a preliminary medical and psychiatric exam as well as drug and (for women) pregnancy test
