Inclusion Criteria:All patients suffering from carcinoma of stomach, decided for operation
* subtotal, D1/D2 dissection
* palliative resection
Exclusion Criteria:
* actively bleeding tumor
* perforation of tumor
* patient present with gastric outlet obstruction
* combine organ excision
* known diabetes with nephropathy
