Inclusion Criteria:
* Artificial airway ( endotracheal tube or tracheostomy cannula) with pressure cuff.
* Need for aspiration of secretions
* Informed consent
Exclusion Criteria:
* Macroscopic hemoptysis.
* Acute bronchospasm
* Uncrontrolled muscular contractions, like tremor, myoclonus or other.
* Confirmed pregnancy
