Eligibility Criteria:
Inclusion Criteria:
* BMI less than 28 kg/m2 and more than 18 kg/m2;
* without antibiotics in the recent 2 months;
* regular eating and lifestyle patterns;
* no international travel in the recent 3 month;
* without hypertension, diabetes mellitus, gastrointestinal disease and other severe auto-immune disease;
* without prebiotic or probiotic supplements in the recent 2 months;
Exclusion Criteria:
* with antibiotics in the recent 2 months;
* Failure to comply with experimental requirement;
