* BMI of 23-30
Exclusion Criteria:
* smoking,
* medications known to impact inflammation,
* musculoskeletal limitations and
* use of supplements within 1 month of participation that are known to impact antioxidant
* use of supplements within 1 month of participation that are known to impact inflammatory status
