* Indication for coronary angiography
* Age\>18 years
* Informed consent
Exclusion Criteria:
* Non-palpable right radial artery
* Prior CABG
* STEMI
* Prior right transaradial intervention within the previous 2 months
* Hemodynamic instability
* Anatomical restrictions (fistula orthopaedic problems, etc)
