* Patients undergoing thoracic surgery in lateral position requiring one-lung ventilation
Exclusion Criteria:
* Obesity (Body Mass Index superior to 30 kg/m2)
* Emergency surgery
* Previous thoracic procedure (chest tube, thoracotomy, thoracoscopy)
* Previous participation to the study
* Patient refusal
