Inclusion Criteria:
* diagnosed with active ankylosing spondylitis
* BASDAI score ≥ 4 and visual analogue scale(VAS) score of spinal pain ≥ 4
Exclusion Criteria:
* have total ankylosing of spine
* have allergies to infliximab
* serious infection
