* Clinically diagnosed acute appendicitis
Exclusion Criteria:
* Age less than 7 or more than 75 years old
* Gangrenous appendicitis
* Combined generalized peritonitis
* ASA score more than 3 point
* Pregnant women
* Cases requiring draining tube
