* Nonspecific low back pain;
* Age between 18 and 30.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Serious cardiovascular and cardiorespiratory causes;
* Spinal pathologies and injuries to the lumbar spine;
* Cancer patients;
* Pacemaker or implant carriers;
* Pregnant women or volunteers suspected of being pregnant.
