* Clinical diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
* Stadium II-IV of COPD
* Must be able to comprehend the Swedish language
Exclusion Criteria:
* Not diagnosed with COPD
* Does not understand written and verbal Swedish
