Inclusion Criteria:
* exposure to mold at home
* given consent
* suspicion of doemstic HP
* clinical signs of interstial pneumopathy
Exclusion Criteria:
* immunocompromised patients
* prior diagnosis of another HP form (avian, farm, bath tub etc..)
* exposure to avian proteins
