* Non-traumatic intracranial hemorrhage (subdural or intraparenchymal)
* Known warfarin ingestion
* INR ≥2.0
* GCS \<13
Exclusion Criteria:
* Pregnancy
* History of venous thrombosis or pulmonary embolus
* Acute myocardial infarction
* Acute stroke
