* clinical diagnosis of viral bronchiolitis
* between November and April
Exclusion Criteria:
* prematurity \< 34 weeks
* chronic lung disease
* congenital heart disease
* history of wheezing, asthma or albuterol use
* tracheostomy status
* need for intensive care of assisted ventilation
