* Adult men and women residing in a NH or ALF
* Mini Mental Status Exam (MMSE) score between 10 and 24 inclusive
* Able to hold breath for at least 10 seconds
* Able to speak and understand English
Exclusion Criteria:
* Current or history of Diskus use
