* Patients in post-operative surgery for colonic cancer.
* No contraindication for anticoagulation usage.
* Absence of renal or hepatic failure.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Pregnancy,
* age \< 18 years,
* contraindication to the use of anticoagulants, -failure to complete the informed consent form. -
