* Dallas Heart Study (DHS) Participants who are above or below the sex- and ethnicity-specific 10th and 90th% of cholesterol efflux.
* Family members of the DHS participants are also eligible
Exclusion Criteria:
* HIV
* Cancer
* Autoimmune diseases
* Pregnancy
