* Angina pectoris \< 3 hours
* ST-elevation myocardial infarction
Exclusion Criteria:
* Active bleeding
* Active gastric ulcus
* Previous stroke
* Uncontrolled hypertension (\> 200 mmHg)
* Cerebral surgery \< 8 weeks
* Major surgery \< 4 weeks
* Malignancy
* Treatment with coumarines
* Pregnancy
