1. Inclusion criteria:
• Patients will undergo elective CABG in Assiut university hospital
2. Exclusion criteria:
* Poor echo window.
* Refusal of the patient
* Patients with prior RV dysfunction.
* Patients with LV dysfunction (EF:\<40%).
