* Giving birth vaginally in the maternity of Geneva university hospital
* First and second degree perineal tears or episiotomy
* French speaking women
* The day of the delivery
Exclusion Criteria:
* Allergic to honey and bees
* Drug use
* postpartum hemorrhage
