* American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I and II
* elective transurethral resection of bladder tumor under general anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria:
* arrhythmia
* bladder outflow obstruction
* overacitve bladder
* end stage renal disease
* neurogenic bladder
* morbid obesity
* psychiatric disorder
