* cervical facet joint arthrosis
* cervical foraminal stenosis
* cervical herniated intervertebral disc
* myofascial pain syndrome of upper back muscle
Exclusion Criteria:
* allergy to local anesthetics or contrast medium
* pregnancy
* prior history of cervical spine surgery
* coagulation abnormality
