Inclusion Criteria:
* Females who had a doctor-diagnosis of PCOS.
* Above the age of 16.
* Able to complete the 4-month study.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Females with an old diagnosis of PCOS with no doctor visit in the past month.
* Can not speak and understand Arabic.
