* +19 yrs of age
* Underwent a low vision rehabilitation initial eye exam
* No more than 2 errors on cognitive on cognitive screening measure (SPBS)
* Must have access to telephone
* No significant hearing problems
* No significant communication problems
* Speaks fluent English
