Inclusion Criteria:
* Patients followed in the outpatient clinic with ulcerative colitis at Aalborg University Hospital.
* Patients with a positive fecal occult blood test, referred for colonoscopy
Exclusion Criteria:
* Prior cancer history
* Previous total colectomy
