* undergraduate students
* at least 18 years of age
Exclusion criteria include:
* active suicidal thoughts or behavior
* active psychosis
* borderline personality disorder
* active mania
* unwillingness to attend all sessions or treatment types (e.g., unwillingness to attend remote)
* non-undergraduate students.
