* ASA score I/II
* Can be operated as #1 or #2
* No sleep apnea treated with CPAP
Exclusion Criteria:
* Selected primary THA/TKA
* ASA score \> 2
* Cannot be operated as #1 or #2
* Sleep apnea treated with CPAP
