* Patients undergoing cranial neurosurgery whereby the dura is intentionally opened (supratentorial and infratentorial approach)
* Age ≥ 18 years
* Written informed consent
* Willing to comply with the study schedule

* Participation in another clinical trial with study drugs or devices
