Exclusion Criteria:
* Immune deficiency
* Lung disease
* Active cancer or infection
* Absolute contraindications for bronchoscopy
* Untreated malignant arrhythmia
* Documented or suspected intracranial hypertension (intracranial pressure ≥ \> 15 mmHg)
* One-lung ventilation
* Severe coagulopathy
