Inclusion Criteria:
* Histologically verified OKC of the upper or lower jaw;
* Indicated surgical treatment of OKC
Exclusion Criteria:
* Hypersensitivity to 5-fluorouracil and Carnoy's solution;
* Pathological fracture of the jaw in OKC region.
* Nevoid basal cell carcinoma
