* Children undergoing surgery \> 1 hour under general anesthesia
* Children ≤ 6 years
* American society of anesthesiology physical status I, II
Exclusion Criteria:
* Previous lung surgery
* Bronchopulmonary dysplasia, respiratory distress syndrome
* Other interstitial lung disease
* Laparoscopic surgery
* Thoracic surgery, abdominal surgery
