* Influenza A like symptoms and/or
* Confirmed airway infection
Exclusion Criteria Patients:
* Current malignancies
* Immunosuppressive treatment, not including/except hydrocortisone
Exclusion Criteria Controls:
* Airway infection within the past four weeks
* Ongoing antibiotic treatment
* Immunosuppressive treatment
