* HIV+ persons initiating HAART
* Adults and children over the age of 18
* Reside in or around Beira Mozambique
* Willing and able to provide consent to participate
Exclusion Criteria:
* Physically or mental incapable to make daily clinic visits
* Psychotic or demented
