Eligibility Criteria:
Inclusion Criteria:
* Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PUKI) score, which is 5 points and above,
* who are 18 years of age or older,
\* Who will receive outpatient chemotherapy in the chemotherapy unit,
* Knows how to read and write,
