Inclusion Criteria:
* Biopsy verified diagnosis of urological cancer, localized disease
Exclusion Criteria:
* Hospitalization within three months of surgery
* Antibiotics within three months of surgery
* Infectious disease, including UTI's within three months of surgery
* History of cancers of the genitourinary tract
* Diabetes
