* 20 years or older,
* First consultation in our colposcopy unit,
* Understands study procedures and accepts voluntarily to participate by signing the informed consent form (ICF).
Exclusion Criteria:
* Previous hysterectomy,
* Pregnant,
* Virgin,
* Not able to comply with the protocol study.
