* problematic facial hemangiomas (periorbital/facial hemangiomas with potential visual obstruction, large/dysfiguring hemangiomas)
* 1-4 months of age
* signed consent form
Exclusion Criteria:
* refusal to participate
* age \> 4 months
* complicated nonvisible hemangiomas
* congenital heart disease
