* Patients with prosthetic valve thrombosis
Exclusion Criteria:
* Large left atrial thrombus
* Recent (\<3 weeks) ischemic stroke
* Hemorrhagic stroke
* Early (\<4 days) postoperative period
* Traumatic accident \<4 weeks
* Bleeding diathesis †
