* DISORDER MORE THAN 6 MONTHS
* UNILATERAL
* FIRST TIME
Exclusion Criteria:
* Iinflammatory rheumatic disease,
* cervical radiculopathy,
* diabetes mellitus,
* thyroid disease,
* coronary heart disease,
* cardiac pacemaker,
* neurological disease,
* shoulder surgery, and
* shoulder injection in the last 3 months
